Holistic Life Coaching to Achieve Dreams

Service Description

$1,200 for 8 weeks We will work together for 8 weeks for an hour each week. You have the option to have talk coaching sessions or a combination of coaching and energy healing sessions to create a holistic approach aligning your mind, body and spirit on a levels. I draw from teachings in multiple modalities and ancient wisdom, my Positive Psychology Practitioner certification and 15 years experience working in leadership roles in a corporate environment to help you move forward with your dreams. I will help you to understand the blocks, self-limiting beliefs, or self-doubt that is challenging you and using plethora of tools to release them. We will create an action plan to help you get on track to move forwards towards your dreams whether it is overcoming imposter syndrome, increase your intuition and confidence, moving up in your career, stepping into leadership or strengthen your relationships.
